Shipping

We process and pack orders within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. Shipping is available within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories) via USPS, UPS, and hand-delivery in select areas.

• Free Shipping: Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.

• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier and chosen shipping method.

• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

We take great care to handcraft high-quality, all-natural treats your pup will love. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns — but we’re always here to help if something’s not right.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Wrong Order?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, please email us at balutreats@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving your package.
We’ll ask for a photo and your order number, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
